Director of Food Service, Corinne Ramos, loves to cook, but she also loves to read and research new recipes to share with residents at The Bristal at Mount Sinai. After a resident suggested adding more ethnic foods to the menu, Corinne came up with the idea to start the Adventurous Eaters Club. Once a month, residents select a country and Corinne creates a multi-course ethnic menu to match. It has become a hit with residents and team members all getting involved. “Food brings people together,” said Corinne.

Ruth contributes in numerous ways to the Waldwick community.
