The Westbury/Carle Place Chamber of Commerce hosted A Taste of Westbury / Carle Place at Westbury Manor. For this event, Chef Mark Hann from Massapequa, Chef Amanda Ciniglio from East Northport and Chef Joe Albert from Sayville each prepared a signature dish the week before. They tasted the three dishes and selected Mark’s Pan-Seared Halibut to be served at A Taste of Westbury / Carle Place. Chefs Mark Hann, Patrick Sheppard and Daniel Cucinotta, all from Massapequa, represented The Bristal at the event and did what they always do: made delicious food! The final dish was Pan-Seared Halibut over Roast Sweet Corn and Black Bean Salsa topped with Lump Crab and Horseradish Aioli. Everyone who attended really loved it, and our table was crowded all night! Thank you to everyone who attended A Taste of Westbury / Carle Place, and to the chefs for doing another amazing event.
