The Bristal Better U – October’s Cuisine & Culture Session

October’s Session of The Bristal Better U was a tremendous success! All of our communities gathered in their Cinemas to log into the webinar. The topic this month was Cuisine & Culture. Daniel Dombrowski, Executive Chef of the Hofstra University Club, joined moderator Debbi Honoroff in studio. Kara Rota, Director of Editorial and Partnerships at Cookstr, joined the group by phone. Debbi talked with our panelists about many topics, including how different cultures influence American cuisine, the marketing craze around the food industry, new food trends and new vocabulary in the world of food. It was a very interesting session. After it ended, our residents were able to ask the panelists some great questions and have them answered live! Thank you to everyone for participating, we’re looking forward to the next session of The Bristal Better U already.
