This note is being sent as a thank you to your entire organization and especially to the wellness staff at the Bristal lead by Vera Cursio.
My father in law, Ted Greene, is 95 years old and loves his “home” at the Bristal. He has lived there for over a year and fortunately was in good health and enjoying every moment. Several weeks ago, he slipped and fractured his ankle. After a short hospital stay , he had to go to a sub acute rehabilitation center to get back on his feet.
Your staff at the Bristal could not have been more encouraging and helpful in making sure that he was able to come back as quickly as possible. They helped my wife with all the administrative requirements and saw to it that things went as smoothly as possible. Vera was extremely helpful and I know without her assistance the entire process would have been much more difficult, if not impossible for us.
Ted especially appreciated the fact that he was visited by Sherri and given a small get well bear, all the while anticipating his return to his life with his friends and the staff at the Bristal.
Today is his first full day back and it a good feeling to know there are people there that care.
