On behalf of my husband Collin Murray who was a resident at the Bristal Assisted Living at N. Woodmere from 11/20/12 to 9/19/14, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the members of your staff and especially to the Reflections staff who worked with the Dementia patients including my husband, your effort should not go unnoticed. My visits there from time to time were net with courtesy and so much respect. The love and care that they all extended to Collin was so remarkable just how much they cared for his well being. A very big “Thank You”.
To Wendy, the care and compassion that she displays Is just amazing. She goes above and beyond to help out in situations and cares deeply for her residents. She was always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I might have. “Thank you Wendy”.
I must also thank Melanie Scharfenberger, the Executive Director who was the driving force in getting Collin situated into the home in 2012. It was handled with great urgency and professionalism for that I truly thank her.
I wish my husband could have stayed there longer; but due to financial constraints, and requires a higher level of care he had to be moved into a nursing home.
Thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart and May God continue to lift you up.
