Valentine’s Day 2013 in Massapequa

Posted by: The Bristal

Valentine’s Day in Massapequa was great this year. First, The St. Rose of Lima Daisy Troop came by to have a tea party with The Bristal Troop 400. Then, we enjoyed a community dance where members of a local senior center came to join us. We danced away the afternoon. In Reflections, residents gathered around the chocolate fountain where we dipped bananas, strawberries, marshmallows and pretzels. What a great Valentine’s Day treat!

Testimonial from Gail McGinley

Posted by: The Bristal

My family was one that was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. Under duress and with some sense of urgency we were forced to find a place for mom to live. The Bristal was my first phone call, and a fortuitous one…They all gave me the time and attention I needed to know mom was happy and safe…Everyone from housekeeping, dining room, wellness, recreation, line staff, resident services, PT-OT, front desk…maintenance…all so helpful and concerned.
