This year, The Bristal at Westbury hosted the Employee of the Year Party. The grand prize was an all-expense paid trip for two to a tropical island, plus a week of vacation time to enjoy it all! Al Montalvo from the Lynbrook community was the lucky winner. The luncheon was prepared by the Bristal’s top chefs and everyone enjoyed the paella, fried chicken, Jamaican meat patties, citrus skewered shrimp, ribs and plantains. A tropical smoothie bar was set up to quench the thirst of the party goers and a great time was had by all!
