Residents in Westbury were recently treated a real New England Clam Bake at dinner time. The meal started off with New England clam chowder, baked clams and a crab, lobster and shrimp appetizer. Entrees included: Lobster tails with drawn butter, steamed clams and mussels served over linguine. There was delicious marinated steak served with crispy onions and chicken for the land lubbers. Corn on the cob and potato salad accompanied the meal. The Dining Room was nicely decorated and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal!
