Every resident that comes to live at The Bristal has unique needs and preferences. The Wellness Director interviews each person interested in living The Bristal lifestyle and their families to learn about them and what kind of support they may need beyond the standard hospitality services we offer. We carefully assess their physical and emotional condition prior to move-in and regularly during their residency, to arrange for extra support, if needed, in the following areas:

• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Dressing and clothes selection
• Medication management
• Incontinence management
• Showering or bathing
• Socialization and activities
• Monitoring of safety
